Happy Moon Cake Festival

Wishing everyone who celebrate this joyous occasion a Happy Moon Cake Fesitval. It will be hot here. Hopefully we will be getting some breeze on the actual day. That would be very much enjoyable to have the mooncake under the moon light. These are the snow skin custard mooncake with salted egg yolk inside. Exception to the red one with orange peel included. For this second time, we did make some changes to the original recipe. The texture as well as the flavour improves.

My very first snow skin mooncake with custard filling. Very soft and taste very milky. Perhaps I should rename it as Snow Skin Milk Mooncake. :-)
